This year the Methven - Mt Hutt Spring Festival was held during the October school holidays, from Saturday 8th to Sunday 16th October.

Locals and visitors to the region enjoyed some awesome spring skiing at Mt Hutt Ski Area and were entertained on and off the mountain with a huge line up of events over the week long festival.

Popular events like the the Columbia Peak to Pub, Methven Playcentre Big Rides Day, Methven Farmer's Market, Methven Scarecrow Trail and the Surface Skis Pond Skim all returned to the programme; and were joined by several new events including the Bikinis for Breast Cancer.
